Dr.Fyodorov Fedorov Perforating glasses-training simulator

Train eye muscles, help prevent a decline of visual acuity when visual loads are considerable and stop the development of nearsightedness and farsightedness.

Cause of reduced visual acuity may be a genetic predisposition, age-related changes in eye tissue, excessive load on the eyes or the general weakening of the body. However, regardless of the cause poor vision brings a lot of inconvenience, saying nothing of the fact that it threatens with much more serious problems.

Ordinary eyeglasses and contact lenses help correct the visual acuity temporarily, but do not eliminate the cause of the disease. And in some cases they may provoke its further development. Thus, when myopia is progressive, wearing glasses often causes further deterioration of vision and makes temporal reversible impairments persistent and irreversible.

However, timely care for the preservation of vision is often quite effective. The most effective methods according to the specialists in ophthalmology are those which train eye muscles - in fact the majority of visual impairments result from their spasms or weakness.

Perforating glasses perfectly cope with this task and give the eyes a natural load, which uniformly involves all the muscles of the eye and helps to relieve the spasms.

Opaque lenses of glasses are provided with holes with a diameter of 1-2 mm. The special cone shape of the holes exceeds the cylindrical one on a number of parameters. It reduces glare effect and provides the high definition of the subject to be observed. A carefully selected arrangement of the holes works for maximum exercise of the eye muscles.

The light from the subject to be observed comes through the hole and falls on the retina. Due to the small diameter of the holes the depth of the image sharpness significantly increases.

At the beginning a few images are formed, and in direct perception the subject appears double. But later, the eye muscles alter the curvature of the crystalline lens and there is a clear picture.

It is this very training of muscles that allows to relieve tension, reduce visual fatigue, and increase the elasticity of the crystalline lens. The work of the muscles activates blood circulation and improves the metabolism in tissues of the eye, preventing the appearance of cataracts and other diseases.

Influence on the body

Remove the visual fatigue after a long work at the computer, reading, watching television and other visual stress.

Relax and train eye muscles.

Help prevent the development of progressive myopia and hyperopia.

Reduce the headaches caused by eyestrain.

Promote active attention and prevent drowsiness.

Activate metabolism in tissues of the eye.

Increase the elasticity of the crystalline lens and prevent its opacities.

Indications for use

The visual overload, accommodative and muscular asthenopia (eye fatigue).

False and true myopia (nearsightedness).

Hypermetropia (farsightedness) and presbyopia (age-sightedness).

Increased light sensitivity.

The prevention of cataracts (crystalline lens opacities).

Method of application

It is recommended to start training slowly. In the first 2-3 days wear glasses for 10-15 minutes, leaf through a magazine, look at the TV screen, not fixing the attention on the holes. After that, the eyes become accustomed to the glasses, but the holes do not interfere perceive objects.

Later you may increase the duration of wearing the glasses, focusing on individual experiences. It is useful to do a set of special exercises in the glasses, preferably in good daylight.

1. Relax your eyes by closing them for 7-10 seconds. This relaxation is useful to repeat after each subsequent exercise.

2. Look into the distance for 2-3 seconds, turn your eyes to the finger tip located vertically at a distance of 25-30 cm from the face, for 4-5 seconds, and move down your arm. Repeat 10 times.

3. Close your eyes, and then open them. Repeat 8-10 times.

4. Make a rotational movement of the eyes first on one side and then on the other. Repeat 6-8 times.

5. Look at the tip of a pencil, moving it closer to your nose at 5-7 cm, then farther. Repeat 6-8 times.

6. Pull the arm forward, look at the finger tip, located vertically in the face. Slowly bring the finger nearer to your eyes, keeping an eye on it until it starts doubling. Repeat 6-8 times.

7. Look at the finger tip, located at a distance of 25-30 cm from the face for 5-7 seconds. Cover your left eye with your left palm for 3-5 seconds. And then look for 3-5 seconds with two eyes. Repeat 4-5 times for each eye.

8. Without turning your head, slowly move your hand before your eyes from left to right and back again. Repeat 8-10 times.

9. Stand at the window at a distance of 30-35 cm from the glass. Make a mark with a paint with a diameter of 2-3 mm on the glass at eye level. Look at the mark for 3-5 seconds, then look into the distance through the window at separate objects (buildings, trees) and observe the details of these objects. Gradually bring the observation time (for 3-4 days) up to 5-7 minutes.

10. Take off the glasses-simulators and blink rapidly for one minute. Close your eyes and gently massage the eyelids with your fingers for one minute. In conclusion you may cover your eyes with your hands, leaning them against a hard surface.
