We ship worldwide by Registered priority airmail.
Shipping for all goods - FREE
All orders are shipped worldwide from Novosibirsk, Russia, unless said otherwise. They are shipped as small packages in boxes not exceeding 2 kg. If the order is larger than 2 kg, it will be shipped in parcel.
The orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving payment via the Russian Post. You will be advised via email once your package is on its way. You will receive a confirmation message, the tracking number and will be able to monitor the movement of your parcel on the post website.
The cost includes Insurance.
We ship Air Mail. The approximate delivery times based on the customer feedback are the following:
Registered Air Mail
Australia and NZ: 2 - 4 weeks
US and Canada: 2 - 3 weeks
Europe (except UK): 2 - 4 weeks
UK: 2 - 3 weeks
For urgent delivery of the goods, we use EMS express mail. The cost of delivery of one parcel amounts from 65 $US.
Terms of delivery takes 7-20 days.

But if the product is defective, damaged or does not match the description, we will replace it or you will receive a refund. Goods must be sent back unused and in the original packaging, not later than 7 days after the receipt.
